The problem
Le Rose is a Dubai advisory founded by an Australian team, and it sells on being the opposite of the volume brokerage: a small portfolio, candid advice, and loyalty to the client rather than to the unit that needs moving this quarter.
A website has to carry that, which rules out the usual property template with a wall of inventory and a search box. It also has to stay accurate. Listings change, permits expire, prices move, and a site that is updated by hand is out of date within a week of anyone stopping.
What we built
The site is written as editorial rather than as a catalogue. The reasons to work with Le Rose come before the units, the team have faces and names, and a journal carries their own reading of the market.
The listings are the part that could not be hand-maintained, so they are not. They publish live from VYTList, the CRM the brokerage already works in. An agent enters a property once, in the back office, and it appears on the public site with its permit number attached. There is no export, no re-keying and no waiting on the studio to push a change.
Where it stands
Le Rose runs at leroserealestate.ae, with the listings at properties.leroserealestate.ae.
It is the public half of the pipeline the studio's own home page uses as its example, and the reason that example is not hypothetical: the back office and the site it feeds are both ours, and the listing only gets typed once.
