The problem
Selling a piece of freelance work takes four documents and three tools. A proposal goes out as a PDF. The client reads it, maybe, and says yes somewhere else, in an email you then have to keep. You write an invoice, in different software, and send that too. Then you chase it.
Every step is a place the deal can stall, and the stalls are silent. You cannot tell whether the proposal was opened, which option they preferred, or whether the invoice went to the right person. The work is won long before the money arrives.
What we built
SendScope collapses all of it into one link.
The deal page carries the scope, the terms, and up to three pricing tiers so the client chooses their level instead of asking for a new quote. They open it with no login and no attachment, read it, and approve the tier they want. The approval is timestamped.
The invoice then generates itself from what they chose, on the same page, and they pay by card without going anywhere else. Reminders go out on their own. The page wears the sender's logo and brand colour, so it reads as theirs rather than as a tool's.
Where it stands
SendScope is live at sendscope.io. There is a free tier for three active deals with a single pricing tier, and a paid one that lifts both, adds branding, analytics and saved templates.
The studio runs its own client work through it, which is the strongest thing we can say about it: the proposal that wins a Vyt Studio project is a SendScope link.
