The problem

A Dubai brokerage runs on WhatsApp. The enquiry arrives there, the negotiation happens there, and the record of what was agreed stays there, in one agent's phone, where nobody else can see it.

Around that sits a second problem. The UAE deal has its own shape. A listing cannot be advertised without a Trakheesi permit, and that permit expires. A sale moves through reservation, then SPA, then Oqood or a DLD transfer. A leasing deal ends in an Ejari registration. Generic CRM software knows none of this, so brokerages keep the parts it cannot hold in spreadsheets, and the spreadsheets go stale.

What we built

VYTList puts the whole desk in one workspace, with the UAE's own rules built into it rather than bolted on.

WhatsApp conversations land in a shared inbox and thread themselves to the right contact, so a deal is not held in one person's phone. Listings carry their Trakheesi permit, with expiry reminders, and nothing publishes without one. The pipeline runs through the stages a UAE deal actually has, negotiation to Oqood or DLD, and leasing through to Ejari. Lead scoring ranks enquiries so the ones worth calling first are the ones on top.

It is multi-tenant. Each brokerage configures its own forms, fields and automations without code, and roles and record ownership keep sensitive data scoped to the people who should see it. An audit log records who changed what.

The last piece is publishing. A brokerage's own website is built from the same listings, so an agent enters a property once and it appears on the public site and on Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle without being typed again.

Where it stands

VYTList runs at vytlist.com, with the app at app.vytlist.com, and is sold as a product rather than a one-off build: a free trial, no setup fee, and data held in the EU while it moves to AWS in me-central-1.

Le Rose Real Estate is a live tenant. The listings on leroserealestate.ae are published straight out of VYTList, which is the same pipeline the studio's own home page describes: enter it once, it publishes itself.

The product shipped as Realesta8 and was renamed. realesta8.app now redirects here.
